Jeff O’Rourke, Lead Pastor

Hi, my name is Jeff O’Rourke and I’m the Lead Pastor at Mosaic Christian Community in St. Paul. I’m blessed to be married to my beautiful and talented wife, Jessica. We have three teenage boys who keep us on our toes.

In 2012 our family was called into multi-ethnic missional ministry. This ministry has proven to be one of the greatest adventures of our lives.

My wife and I are fond of exploring new parts of the Twin Cities. We absolutely love living in Saint Paul; we have discovered that within its borders, you can pretty much see the entire world. God is up to something here, and we are humbled to be a part of His plan.

Jourdan Suos, Executive Pastor and Site Director for Immigrant Connection Mosaic, Department of Justice accredited immigration legal representative

I love creating space for people to come together and meet their neighbors, be it through community events, worship, or having a meal around the dining room table. As the executive pastor I get to work with the the many different ministries at Mosaic.

As the site director and doj for Immigrant Connections I work with our team to provide low-cost immigration legal services to the Eastside community.

Jeff Suos, Nextgen Youth Pastor

I have been married to my lovely wife Jourdan Suos since August 2013. I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an undergrad in Intercultural Studies with a focus in Sociology and Social Justice. I grew up in the Twin Cities but was born in KC and spent my summers and college career there. This explains why I am a diehard fan of the KC Chiefs, KC royals, Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Twins. I love riding my bike, getting coffee, listening to music, traveling with my wife, playing disc golf or ultimate Frisbee.

My passion is to bring people together. It’s the relationships that don’t make sense that I find incredibly beautiful. With the demographic of St Paul, we have the ability to create something amazing and unique!

Ricky & Meredith Campbell, Sacred Settlement leads

We moved to the East Side in 2016 after falling in love with Mosaic's mission and the community at large.

We currently oversee Sacred Settlement Mosaic, a tiny home community on our church land for people experiencing chronic homelessness.

We have four fun-loving kids who actively teach us that our time is not our own. We love the neighborhood playgrounds, finding new places to hike or camp (we call them adventures!) and spending time, usually over food or coffee, with friends and neighbors.

Carla EwinG, Connections Pastor

My name is Maria, known as Carla to my friends (which is a story I’d like to tell you sometime, but it has to be in person!). I’m originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, trying to be a true Minnesotan since September 2007. Who brought me here to enjoy the real winter? My husband Paul, whom I met in Argentina in 2003 and married in November 2007.

I graduated in my hometown with a degree in Theology to be a missionary.

My husband and I love watching movies, trying new foods from all over the world, going hiking, and traveling to get to know more about other cultures. We enjoy meeting new people and bringing them together over meals. Paul and I like cooking and having people over to make them feel welcome through hospitality.

It's my desire to help people see how much Jesus loves them, and that everything in their lives matters to Him.
